WALLEYE FISH TACOS
Ingredients:
Walleye (fish of choice)
Cajun spices
Corn tortillas
Black beans
Corn (we used corn off the cob)
Small can of chopped Greek chili’s
Guacamole

Recipe:
Add Cajun spice to one side of walleye.
Add olive oil to pan and let it get hot.
Add walleye to oil. Spice side down.
Add Cajun spice to other side.
Let cook until browned/blackened & cooked thru.
Flip.
While fish cooks mix together beans-corn-chili’s. (If you are using the corn on cob boil it until done.)
Warm up tortillas (In oven or microwave)

Put together on tortilla:
Layer of guacamole
Fish
Bean mixture.
