Permission to slow down.
I see you. Hustling day in an day out on the day to day tasks. Thinking you need to workout hard even though your body is screaming to slow down. Im here to give you permission to slow down. Take a rest day. Watch a movie with your kids. Snuggle. Nap. We are not designed as women to GO GO GO every damn day. There are certain times in our month/cycle where our body needs us to slow down. SO Im giving you that permission! Share if you needed the reminder like I did!
